What services are offered by Eldergarten?
Eldergarten aims to provide support services to elders for their holistic wellbeing. This involves monitoring services like doctors visit and Health Check Up. Support for Diagnostic Services, Nurse and Caregiver Support, Emergency Care Support. We also provide utility payment services and help elders with visits to friends or relatives within the city.
Which geographical area does Eldergarten cater to?
At present Eldergarten caters to its clients in North Kolkata, South Kolkata, East Kolkata Township (Rajarhat), South 24 Parganas and Nadia. We plan to spread our wings to rest of Kolkata and beyond shortly.
How are the services charged?
Services are mostly available as packages. Any new customer wishing to avail individual services can do so by paying a registration fee along with the fee for the services availed.
